General Student Announcements:
The HIJH Camp Tecumseh Program is always the first FULL week in October. Specific details and more info will be covered in your 7th grade Science class and will be made available in our Google Drive (see link below.) Your science teacher will be sending handouts home with you to go over with your parents. Make sure your parents have your medical release form filled out and turned in with their payment for camp fees. Most of them did this at Panther Preview. ALL 7th GRADERS CAN GO TO CAMP! If your parents are worried about the cost of the trip just have them contact Mr. Brown (ebrown@hse.12.in.us) and we will make sure go too :)

Which 7th graders get to go to camp?
We want ALL the 7th graders to go! Typically 95% of all the 7th graders go on the trip. If your parents are worried about paying for the trip, please have them contact Mr. Brown (ebrown@hse.k12.in.us) Below is a link to our Google drive for a downloadable version of the medical release/permission form that should be turned in with payment at the "Panther Preview."

What is 7th grade Camp Tecumseh?
Camp Tecumseh is a HSE tradition that spans over fourty years!! During the first full week of October the 7th grade class takes school outside! 7th graders will spend three days and two nights fun experiments, activities, and lessons at Camp Tecumseh in Lafayette, IN. Your lessons will be taught to you by specially selected high school counselors. In addition to all the learning you will do there will also be plenty of fun time with sports, recreation, games, skits, and even dancing! This will be a school experience you will never forget! What do I need to pack/bring to camp?
As Camp T. week approaches many questions may come up. Below is a link to our Google Drive where you will find last minute reminders, packing lists, group assignments, etc. Many of these documents will be added around the week before camp.
